The Sexual Harassment Of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) Act, 2013.

The Act came into force on 9 th December 2013.
Objective of the Act: It deals with protection, prevention and redressal of complaints against sexual harassment of women at workplace.
